![]() □Īs for their customer service, I escalated our issue to a supervisor and was told I would get a callback within an hour. Why not warn customers on the product page? I think we know why. ![]() ![]() The kicker is, they're well-aware of the issue, to the point that if you call their "customer service" (in quotes for a reason), the have an automated message about it. We currently own a very expensive monitor with no tablet/stylus function. Nowhere on that page does it warn that it's not compatible with MacOS 13, which *IS* the latest update. "Mac: macOS 10.15 or later (Latest update)" You're mad? We just spent $5000 on a Wacom Cintiq 27 Pro after reading it was compatible with the latest updates on their product page:
